Robert Shacklady is a creative, versatile and practical cinematographer. He has developed his skills over the years, working his way up through the ranks on a wide variety of top Feature Films, TV Drama Series (Apple tv+, BBC, Lionsgate, ITV), Commercials (Amazon Prime Video,BMW, Ford, Audi, Jaguar, Citroën, Boohoo, Philips, Sony), Pop Promos and Documentaries working worldwide. He’s able to combine technical experience with creative expression to every project. His films and commercials have won various top awards, nominations and official selections internationally.

This wide portfolio of work has provided him with a diverse range of experience that includes LED Virtual Production, VFX, Blue / Green Screen, Motion Control, Underwater and Aerial photography. He is used to working with stunt teams and special fx crews to film car stunts, explosions and fight sequences including firearms.

Robert is also a voting member of BAFTA.
